1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and JOM918 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, content, and features made available through the website jom918.org and the JOM918 mobile app.

Your continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the JOM918 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old or the legal voting age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has never been declared bankrupt or has no pending bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme or exclusion programme imposed by a relevant authority.
• Using the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes only, not as a primary source of income.
• Not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a JOM918 employee or any of our business partners.

Jom918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account only on the JOM918 platform. Owning more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is considered fraudulent and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The full name on your account must match the name on a valid identification document.
• The registered mobile number must be active and used by you alone.
• The email address provided must be active — important notifications will be sent to this address.
• jom918 is not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate registration information.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Jom918 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your jom918 account instantly in most cases.
• jom918 does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Jom918 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonus types:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.

8 Account Security

• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Members may also voluntarily close their account by contacting the jom918 support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all security and compliance checks have been completed.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jom918 is not liable for:
